Call the Finance Committee meeting to order and review the agenda Chairman Wilk called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. 2. Fall Town Meeting warrant discussion with Town Manager and Town Finance Director Finance Director John Stanbrook explained and discussed each of the Warrant Articles for the Fall Town Meeting and answered questions from the Finance Committee members. Chairman Wilk asked Mr. Stanbrook how much free cash was being used and he stated that there was $3.51 million certified and of that there was $1.98 million being used. Article 1—Additional expenses Article 2 — Prior year bills Article 3 — Eliminate 2018 fund deficits Article 4 — 5 year revaluations Article 5 —10 year inspections Article 6 — CIP Article 7 — Rescind authorization for bonds Article 8 — School windows/doors (MSBA) Article 9—Special injury indemnity fund Article 10— Planning Board Master plan Article 11— Complete Streets Program Article 12 — Fisher -Richardson House Article 13 — May 2018 Town Meeting amendments Chairman Wilk asked when the Finance Committee's endorsement was needed. Mr. Dumas stated that the Selectboard is just voting to post the Warrant at tonight's meeting. 3. Items not known within 48 hours None. 4. Audience Q&A None. 5. Committee member comments None.
