1. Call the Finance Committee meeting to order and review the agenda
Vice -Chairman Feely called the meeting to order at 6:36 pm.
2. Discuss items related to Fall Town Meeting Warrant articles
Vice -Chairman Feely asked Finance Director if there were any changes to the Warrant as
he stated there was one unpaid bill added to Article 2.
Motion: To support Article 2 as amended. (DeSantis/Aguiar)

Mr. Eagle stated the next meeting would be on December 13 instead of December 6" as previously
announced. The Finance Committee received a letter from the Selectboard asking the Finance Committee to
gather tax info for them as to whether or not split tax rate had an influence on businesses coming to or
leaving Mansfield. It was suggested to use the Industrial Development Commission (IDC), Tri-Town Chamber
of Commerce and other entities to help gather this information for the Finance Committee.

Motion: To adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 7:00 to MHS Auditorium to attend Fall Town
Meeting. (Eagle/DeSantis)
