Motion: To appoint Mr. French Acting Chair (Friedman -LeBlanc) All in favor. PASSES
Gilbert Street — Feck Properties
The plan seeks to create a new Lot 7C, with 60,530 square feet of area and 202 feet of frontage
on Gilbert Street. The remaining land, 26.76 acres labeled Lot 7A, is a non -conforming lot due
to its lack of required frontage.
Motion: To endorse the ANR Plan (Penney -LeBlanc) All in favor. PASSES
The clerk read a request to continue the site plan
Motion: To continue the site plan for 601/619&621 East Street to August 14, 2019 at 7:20 p.m.
(Friedman -Ashman -Collins) All in favor. PASSES
The clerk read a request to continue the special permit public hearing
Motion: To continue the site plan for Sweetland Village to September 11, 2019 at 7:15 p.m.
(Ashman -Collins -Penney) All in favor. PASSES
Mr. French with a letter thanking him for his 25 years of
Ms. Friedman thanked Mr. French for welcoming her to the board and answering her questions.
Mr. Penney said he has learned a lot from Mr. French, who has had a calming influence on
people. He said the board has accomplished a lot. Mr. French said he is proud of the many
things the board has accomplished, including the BETA traffic study, which provided the town
with real plans. Mr. Tartufo said Mansfield has always been proactive in addressing issues.
Mr. French said he has learned a lot on the board, made great friends and has gotten a lot of
personal satisfaction from his time on the board.
Ed Tartufo thanked Mr. French for his years of service to the town.

Mr. Armstrong said his experience on the Planning Board was marvelous and he learned a lot
from Mr. French.
Motion: To adjourn at 7:30 p.m. (Freidman -Penney) All in favor. PASSES
