Wednesday September 11, 2019
Assessors Office, 6 Park Row, Mansfield, MA
1. Meeting called to order at 6:10 p.m.
2. In attendance:
Andrew Bank
Dana J St James
Greg Matoian
Nancy Hinote (Non -voting)
3. Sign and Review Weekly Motor Vehicle and Real Estate Abatements.
4. RY2009 Motor Vehicle Warrant as requested by Tax Collector.
5. Representatives of the Airport Commission were scheduled to meet at the Board of
Assessors Meeting cancelled and requested to meet with the Board of Assessors in
October 2019.
6. Reviewed Correspondence from the Town Manager requesting release of Overlay
Surplus. John Stanbrook Assistant Town Manager appreared before the Board to answer
questions regarding the request. After deliberations The Board of Assessors determined
that they could not certify an overlay surplus.
7. The next Board of Assessors Meeting is scheduled on October 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
8. Meeting Adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
