The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. at Mansfield Airport.
Approve Minutes
Motion: To approve the minutes from July 18, 2019. Passes.
ACO's Report
• Miss Nugget, the stray Foxboro dog, is nervous and skittish, and was possibly
abused. She is very food motivated, and accepts people who give her food. She is a
sweet and independent dog who will need a quiet home where there are no small
children. Miss Nugget is a bulldog mix, and approximately two years old.
• Winnie, the surrendered Chihuahua, will stay at the shelter for adoption since
Winnie's owner decided against taking the dog back.
• On Monday Jeff will take Rosie and Ziggy for spay surgery, and Miss Nugget for an
exam and vaccines.
• There are no more cat cages in the storage trailer.
