Thank you for your quick response and the great news! We absolutely have a permit for the restaurant! Should I make a
copy and bring it with me the night of the event? As for food and beverage, we will be serving pre -packaged sandwiches,
salads, cookies, brownies, and bottled water & soda.

I'm writing to you from Cosi in Mansfield Crossings. I am trying to obtain a vendor license to sell food at the Annual
Mansfield Family Fun Night on July 14th. I have left a message at the office because I am not sure on the proper steps to
obtain this type of license. Is there any information that you can possibly help me with? My main concern is the time
frame in which these types of licenses need to be acquired before the event and of course how I go about getting one.
Any information that you could supply would be a great help! The coordinator of the event, Kristi Johnston, suggested
cmailing your office directly.
