MANSFIELD Motion: To enter into Executive Session under M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A,�Ct(0� iZ SETTS Exemption 6 and Exemption 3, to consider the value and purchase of real property and the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body and to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares. (Schoonveld/Trowbridge) Passes 5:0 Roll Call Vote: Chairman Rhein —Aye Mr. Aptowitz — Aye Mr. Schoonveld —Aye Mr. Trowbridge —Aye Mr. DelVecchio-Aye The Light Commissioners returned to open session at 9:08PM. The Board discussed the handout "Determination of Uniqueness of the property located at 51 W Church Street, Mansfield, Massachusetts. Motion: It is the MMED Board of Commissioner's opinion that it is appropriate to waive the publication requirements of M.G.L. c. 30B, § 16, with respect to the acquisition of the Property. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, § 16, MMED will publish this determination along with the names of the parties having a beneficial interest in the Property as required under M.G.L. c. 7C, § 38, the location and size of the Property, and the proposed purchase price in the Massachusetts Central Register not less than thirty (30) days before the MMED executes a binding purchase and sale agreement for the Property.
