Authority held at 22 Bicentennial Court on
Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 6:30 PM.
The Members of the Mansfield Housing Authority met in Special Session at 22
Bicentennial Court, Mansfield, MA at 6:30 PM.
The Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Chairman Kevin Doyle, and upon
roll call, those present and absent were as follows:

Also present was Executive Director, Michael Forbes, MHA Tenant Ass6biatior%'
President, Sandra Martinelli, Tenant Association Vice President, Kenneth
Tucker, Tenant Association Treasurer, Thomasina Turner and several MHA
Tenants.
A copy of the Notice of Meeting, pursuant to Section 23A of Chapter 39 of the
General Laws, with the Certificate as to Service of Notice of Meeting attached
thereto was read and ordered spread upon the Minutes of the Meeting and filed
for record.
NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 23A of Chapter 39 of the
General Laws that a Meeting of the Mansfield Housing Authority will be held at
6:30 PM on May 16, 2018 at 22 Bicentennial Court, Mansfield, MA 02048.
CERTIFICATE AS TO NOTICE OF MEETING
(Section 23A, Chapter 39, General Laws)
I, the undersigned, the duly appointed qualified Executive Director of the
Mansfield Housing Authority do hereby certify that on May 9, 2018, 1 caused to
be filed, in the manner provided by Section 23A, Chapter 39, General Laws, with
the Clerk of the Town of Mansfield, Massachusetts, a Notice of Meeting of which
the foregoing is a true and correct copy.
IN TESTIMONY HEREOF, I have set my hand this 171h day of May 2018.

The Board and attendees recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Board Members discussed the three finalists for the Executive Director's
position.
Mr. Kozlowski asked how the Search Committee reviewed the 8 applicants for
the position and ended up recommending the 3 finalists for interviews. Ms. Dye
explained that the Committee members reviewed all of the 8 resumes received
and recommended the three finalists based upon the applicant's experience. Mr.
Forbes stated that the Committee members unanimously agreed on the three
finalists.
All five Board Members stated that they felt that, Assistant Executive Director,
Andrea McDougall has the most skill & experience and they all have her as their
choice for the position.
Tenant Association President Sandra Martinelli stated that I guess I will agree
with everyone" and then went on to state that "I was really impressed with Sean
Barnicle, I like him a lot, I felt he was qualified, he had a good way about him and
a kindness about him too, so I was very impressed with him".
The Chairman asked Mr. Forbes for his recommendation for the position.
Mr. Forbes stated that you will not find a more dedicated and honest worker
than Andrea" stating that he is of the opinion that Andrea McDougall is by far the
best candidate of the three finalists and he is more than happy to recommend
Ms. McDougall to the Board for the position.
A Motion was made by Mr. Kozlowski and seconded by Ms.
Dye to offer the Mansfield Housing Authority Executive
Director position to Andrea McDougall of 36 Armor Lane,
North Easton, MA.
Upon Roil Call Vote, the Ayes and Nays were as follows:

The Chairman declared the Motion passed by a Vote of 5-0.
Mr. Forbes exited the Meeting and returned with Andrea McDougall who receive
applause from the Board and attendees. Ms, McDougall thanked the Board for
giving her the opportunity and stated that she will do her best.
There being no further business to come before the Board, a
Motion was made by Ms. Dye and seconded by Ms. Flynn to
adjourn at 6:46 PM.
Upon Vote, the Motion passed by a Vote of 5 to 0.
