Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.
• Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Jeff Ward.
Treasurer's Report
• The current balance is $21,429. Also have $2,378 at Mansfield Bank.
Family Fun Night
• Tuesday, July 9"'
• We collected $120 in donations for shirts/bags and 10new sign-ups for information.
• Hope was to make Adopt -A -Street a major emphasis of this event and moving forward
• Nancy sent out link to Adopt -A -Street online site:
East Mansfield (Ana's) Project
- Sound's like we need to ask for an extension on this
Fundraising Update
• KMB getting $1.00 out of $2.50 bag being sold in July at Shaw's
• Mike was going to check -in with Shaw's to get information and see if ways to promote
• If we did any type of sign/easel, we approved up to $200 spend
