Attendees: Nancy Wall, Pat Colbert, Mike McCarthy, Jeff Ward, Mike Healey, Ana Newell,
Janice Wivagg, Jason Dodd, Neil Rhein
Absent: Martha O'Connell

Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.
• Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Jeff Ward.
Treasurer's Report
• The current balance is $20,718. Also have $2,371 at Mansfield Bank.
High School Environmental Club / Tree-Plenish
• Lizzy and Sethu came to the meeting to talk about the highly successful Tree-Plenish
initiative as well as introduce Nick Delucia
o Tree-Plenish:
■ All trees ended up getting planted
• Another event in Attleboro was happening 2 weeks later in May
• Sethu has pictures and video
■ All recipients of trees paid in cash or online
• Final total still needs to be tabulated
• Mike/Sethu to follow-up on funds generated
• Moving forward, we've established a better way to track/manage money for
KMB and Tree-Plenish. Mansfield Bank will be Tre-Plenish Account and l
the Town Account will be KMB
o Nick Delucia:
• With Lizzy and Sethu graduating this year, the hope is that Nick and his
classmates will continue the great work being done by the High School
Environmental Club.
