A meeting of the Mansfield School Committee Facilities Subcommittee was opened and called to order

SC Members Present: Jenn Walsh
Lauren Scher
Others Present: Ed Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations
Matt Jacques, Director of Facilities
Approved minutes from 10/9/18 and 6/7/18.
Building updates:
• No major reports, heat started up on time with no major problems. New scoreboard on
soccer/softball field. First snowfall went well. Equipment was all serviced and in great shape.
Water:
• Retested and everything passed, no issues. All reports updated by the state and on the website.
Upcoming:
• Door key fobs are in.
• PA system is in state bid. Preliminary was within budget.
• Curtain Wall -big for next summer. Meetings were started today, will start monthly meetings.
Subcontractor bidding starts 12/21.
• New custodial supervisor started yesterday.
• Electrical project -ready for April vacation. Complete shut down of High School for 2 days. Some
work will be done overnight not on the vacation week.
Parking:
• Middle School and High School got new signage, new signage on order for Robinson.
Next meeting:
• Water testing schedule
• PA system update
• Security update
• Project updates
