A meetiri � i� StLVISchool Committee Facilities Subcommittee was opened and called to order
at 4:00 pm.
SC Members Present: Tenn Walsh
Lauren Scher arrived at 4:10pm
Others Present: Ed Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations
Matt Jacques, Director of Facilities
• Building updates were given
• Central Office repairs are going well
All schools had great openings
• QMS lockers were installed over the summer
• Bleacher project at the High School went well. They were ready for the first home game.
• Paving at 1/J and Robinson was completed. Weather delayed the project slightly. Staff and
families were accommodating and understanding while the lots were inaccessible.
Water stations will be retested with the state. Once those are complete the state will update
the information and status online.
We will schedule meetings out two at a time; we might need more frequent meetings in late
winter/early spring.
Thinking every 6 weeks will be a good timeline for meetings.
