Meeting Minutes for
Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 7:00pm, Geno's Pub

Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.
Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Nancy Wall
Treasurer's report—Mike
• We did not talk about current balance.
Group Photo
• We finally took our group photo. Hopefully nobody thinks we're really at the beach.
Credit to I01B projects
• We talked briefly about signage on projects — even possibly neon. But it sounds like there are
aesthetic concerns.
Litter Busters — Recognition
• There was talk of rebooting the Litter Busters Program
• Considering expanding LBP to be similar to Adopt -A -Spot. More like Adopt -A -Street.
• One challenge is assigning/maintaining streets with caretakers
• We'd like to be able to leverage same technology/process used for assigning fire hydrants
• Nancy to speak with `Cher'
• Ideally have website linked to Town website and KMB website
Litter Busters — Improvements
• Want to recognize those Litter Busters that consistently do great work for this town
• Possibly name group (ie. Green Berets)
• Considering profiling volunteers in social media/Mansfield News
• HS students, Lizzy and Sethu are willing to interview participants.
• Cynthia Svoboda, Crockets, etc.
Flint Farm / E. Mansfield Sign
• � e'., talking with Jameson Landscaping in hopes of getting them involved
• not mistaken, Jameson was involved in the original construction
Mansfield Green
• It's in the process of being changed. Trees coming down — intersection redesigned.
• Need to make sure our landscape area is properly re -purposed
• May need to pickup on discussions on how to re -camouflage Mansfield Green
Misc.
• There were a few additional items mentioned that require additional information:
o Anti -Litter Video: done by Mansfield Police —Ron Sellon
o High School Green Club: how can we leverage
o $50 Gift Certificate to Patrick Lyons: what was this for?
