NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and the Mansfield Zoning By -Law,
the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Planning Board's meeting room at the Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA on the petitions of
William Clemmey regarding the following Zoning Map amendments to be considered at the 2018 Special
Town Meeting. The amendments are as follows:
To amend Zoning By -Law to rezone the property at 398 West Street from Residential 2 (R2) to Industrial
1 (11); and
To amend Zoning By -Law to rezone the property at [Map 20, Parcels 3, 4 ,5, 191 and 192] West Street
from Residential 2 (R2) to Industrial 1 (I1).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts
General Laws and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board
will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 7:15 p.m, in the Planning
Board's meeting room, Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA, regarding
the application of Eric Strom for a Special Permit under Zoning By -Law Section 230-5.5,
Special Permit and Section 230-3.5T, Parking Facility, to remove two existing
outbuildings and convert to 60 commuter parking spaces at 51 West Church Street [Map
21, Parcel 135] in the Industrial 3 (I3) Zone.
The project site is owned by West Church Realty, is shown on Assessor's Plat 21, Parcel
135 and is bounded as follows: MBTA, Town of Mansfield Electric Department, West
Church Street, Town of Mansfield, 150 Rumford Avenue Condominium.
