Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws
and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room,
Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA, regarding the application of Crugnale
Properties, LLC for a Special Permit under Sections 230-5.5, Special Permit; 3.5G, Hotel/Motel;
3.5E, Restaurant; 3.5A, Retail Store; and 3.5C, Office, for the construction of a 75,100 square -
foot, 130 -room hotel; a 6,000 square -foot restaurant; a 12,000 square -foot retail/office and a
3,000 square -foot bank/retail/restaurant on an approximately 447,096 square foot parcel in the
Industrial 1 (I1) Zone located at 10 Reservoir Street and 30 Reservoir Street.
The project site is owned by Gazzolo Realty Trust and Elly Realty Trust, is shown on Assessor's
Map 36, Parcels 2 and 1 and is bounded as follows: Reservoir Street, South Main Street,
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Interstate Route 495 and Town of Mansfield.
Complete descriptions and plans are available at the office of the Planning Department, located
at Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA during regular business hours.
