The amendment is as follows: To amend Zoning By -Law, Schedule of Principal Use Regulations, 3.5, Business Uses, to change 3.5P, Auto Service Station, from Not Allowed ("N") to Allowed by Special Permit of the Planning Board ("S") in the Business 4 (134) District; and To amend Zoning By -Law Section 230-5.12H(1), Density and Dimensional Regulations for the Mansfield Station Revitalization Overlay District, to change the minimum lot area per residential unit From: (a) By -right: 10 units; 4,386 square feet To: By -right: 20 units; 2,178 square feet.
