NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 41, Section 81 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Mansfield Planning
Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 7:15 p.m, in the Planning Board's
meeting room at the Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA regarding proposed amendments to the
town's Subdivision Regulations fees. The proposed amendments are described as follows:
To increase the fling fees for plans filed under the Town of Mansfield Subdivision Regulations,
including ANR Plans, Preliminary and Definitive Subdivision Plans and Subdivision Modification Plans,
by approximately 30%. These fees were last amended in 2002.
Complete descriptions of the proposed amendments are available at the Planning Department, located at
Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, Massachusetts during regular business homy.
