NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and the Mansfield Zoning
By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 14,
2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room at the Town Hall, Six Park Row,
Mansfield, MA regarding the application of Eco -Site, LLC for a special permit under Section
230-5.5, Special Permits, and Section 230-3.6(G)(2)(g), Special Provisions for a Gap in Wireless
Coverage, of the Zoning By -Law, to construct a 90' telecommunications tower within a 50' x
50' fenced in compound, accessed by a 12' wide gravel driveway, and T -Mobile proposes to
install thereon, twelve (12) panel antennas and associated equipment at 251 Branch Street in the
Industrial 2 (I2) Zone.
The project site is owned by Branch Street Development Partners, is shown on Assessor's Plat
34 as Lots 10 and 101 and is bounded by Branch Street, WW II Veterans Memorial Trail,
Medeiros, Jenkins, Thornton, Lattuada, Steadman, Hatch & Frazer, Branch Street Development
Partners, Panock, Roy, Kelly.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and the Mansfield Zoning
By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 14,
2018 at 7:15 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room at the Town Hall, Six Park Row,
Mansfield, MA regarding the application of New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) for a
special permit under Section 230-5.5, Special Permits, and Section 230-3.6(G)(2)(g), Special
Provisions for a Gap in Wireless Coverage, of the Zoning By -Law, to install one (1) cylindrical
antenna on the roof of the existing building, at a total height of 51' AGL, together with related
cables, fiber and other associated electronic equipment to be located upon the tripod antenna
mount on the roof of the building at 214 Rumford Avenue in the Business 1 (B 1) Zone.
The project site is owned by Rumford Management, LLC, is shown on Assessor's Plat 21 as Lot
161 and is bounded by Chauncy Street, Amtrak/MBTA right-of-way, Milhaus at Mansfield
condominiums, Lynch, Rumford Avenue.
