1. Call the Finance Committee meeting to order and review thea end
Mr. Wilk called meeting to order at 6:40 pm

2. Discussion and consideration of any issues related to Town Meeting warrant Articles
Mr. Wilk mentioned that Committee had not taken formal position on Warrant Article to
implement 3% local sales tax on marijuana retail sales. Committee members agreed that this
article had financial implications and that FinCom should have a view on it
Motion: FinCom supports implementation of a 3% local sales tax on retail marijuana sales
(Feely/Eagle). Vote is 7-0
