Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 7:00.
• Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Nancy Wall
Treasurer's report —Mike
• The current balance is $21,430.81, which includes the $6,000 NPGF grant for the stonewall at
- the Eastman/EastStreet intersection.
• A Thank You Note will go out to Barbara and Steven Clark for their recent donation of $500.00
• Dues to Keep Massachusetts Beautiful where paid this past month.
Group Photo
• Not everyone in attendance so Group Photo was not done. It is required for the Town
Directory. It was agreed that a photo will be taken next month or at next meeting depending on
when the deadline is for the photo.
Credit to KMB projects
• The discussion was brought up by Nancy. It involved placing a type of sign or logo so that
projects we have done get recognized as KMB projects. It was approved 6-0. Motioned by
Mike Healy second by Ana Newell,
• Add our name to the Message boards in conjunction with NRT
• Also, discussed placing a metal sign on light pole trash bins.
• Place a sign on barrels. Discussed placing a sign on a few of the barrels but decided that it
would be too much. Agreed on placing a sign on the barrel at the Main Street triangle for a
week to 10 days and then removing it.
• Other suggestions included asking Boy Scouts or Girls Scouts to do signs as part of their
service or eagle projects. With KMB supporting a% of the cost for the project. Janice Wivagg
to fol l ow up.
Fall Clean-up
• The fall clean up date was a very rainy day. Still Precinct 3 had 3 families participate in the
areas of Ware Street, Mill Street, East Street and parts of Ware Street. Ana picked up bags and
disposed of them.
• The Knights of Columbus along with Mike Healy picked up the area of Franklin Street from
Rte. 106 to Foxboro.
• East Street was done by Neil Rhein
2020 K B Calendar
• The idea of making a calendar with photos of KMB at work was brought up by Nancy.
• Consider giving calendars to volunteers during clean ups and to donors
• Some members concerned of the cost and the abundance of calendars already given out by the
town and other organizations
Renewal of Board Members
• Mike Healy, Martha and Nancy are up for renewal on the Board. A new person is applying for
position; Luciana Rosignold. Mike H. said he likes being a worker and would give up his seat
in order for the new person to be admitted. He promises to still attend meeting and be a part of
the work. The members will need to attend the town meeting and the Town will decide on who
will get the opened positions.
Other
• Cibo Mato was presented with "We Noticed" Certificate by Mike Healy
• Members would like to have a holiday KMB Committee gathering in January or February,
including spouses. Nancy will see if Geno's will have a round table and would be able to
accommodate our group.

• Update list of donors for fundraising letter. Neil and Mike M. to help Nancy
