The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. at Mansfield Airport.
Approve Minutes
Motion: To approve the minutes from July 19, 2018. Passes.
Cats
Goonie has received the first three doses of panacur to treat giardia. Sharon will
administer the second round of panacur in two weeks, and then Goonie's stool sample
will be retested. In the meantime, Goonie will remain in the quarantine room and will not
be accessible to visitors.
Dogs
• Ana will meet with the fencing contractor at the shelter tomorrow to review plans for
the dog play area.
Lacey's court case will be heard again tomorrow, but it's possible it will not be
resolved.
