1. Open Meeting 10:05 am
2. Election of officers:
• Motion made by Chuck Boehm to nominate Kevin McNatt for Chairman, 2"d by Nancy Wall,
all in favor.
■ Motion made by Lorilee Fish to nominate Nancy Wall for Vice -Chairman, 2"d by Chuck
Boehm, all in favor.
• Motion made by Chuck Boehrgto nominate Lorilee Fish for Secretary, 2"d by Nancy Wall, all
in favor.
3. Motion made by Chuck Boehm to accept the March 28, 2012 minutes, 2"d by Nancy Wall, all in
favor.
4. Update and Discussion of 2012 Grants — One extension and all others finished.
• Parks & Recreation: Documentation of the Old Town Cemetery continued
$1,500.00
Motion made by Rose Sirois to extend the P&R grant for $1,500 until finished in August
(weather depending) until finished, Seconded by Nancy Wall, All in favor.
Schools:
■ Mansfield Oliver Ames Girls Var. HS Ice Hockey Team: Provide "Away" uniforms
$2,500.00
■ Band Parents: Replace vinyl flooring, drum set, cymbals, color guard equipment
$5,376.00 (Returned $819.52)
• Mansfield HS Robotics Team: Wish list of various equipment needed/requested for the club

Board of Selectmen for final approval, 2nd by Chuck Boehm, with the following abstentions:

Meeting adjourned at 12:35pm.
8/12/2013 Rose Garden Cafe: Equipment/Performances declined grant of $1,250.00
Vote by email to distribute $300 to NRT, $475 to Band parents and $475 to MMAS adjusting
their grants to NRT $2,800, Band Parents $4,475 and MMAS $4,475.
