No word from Easton. Rep. Barrows to call Easton town manager.
• Foxborough —Water and Sewer Commissioners just recommended a 20% sewer
rate increase and 25% water rate increase.
• Norton —A meeting was held with Wheaton College representatives Sept 28t" to
discuss status. Wheaton officials are waiting for a formal written estimate of costs
for them to compare their on -site treatment facility option to. Norton officials will
revise previous proposals and submit a formal document. Timeline not known.
2. Filing Staters of Regional District Legislation
• Rep. Jay Barrows expects the draft legislation to be filed within the next couple of
weeks now that comments from most of the parties have been addressed.
3. Discussion on Preliminary Draft of Regional District Agreement
• Committee members spent most of the meeting reviewing additional comments
received to date from committee members on the 8 -12 -09 rough draft. David

• Funding — Nothing new to report
• Land Appraisals - Lee Azinheira has begun the land appraisal process and will get
a schedule from the three appraisers. Appraisals have started.

This document will be referenced in the District Agreement instead of repeating
