Meeting began at 4pm.
Program Update
Rahul gave an update on the status of the program:
a 18 units currently open
a 1�t 3 projects went out to bid, 2 low-income ready for contract signing, 1 mod -
income going for a bank loan with significant lead issues
a Bid show scheduled for next week — 4 projects, 6 units
a The program is currently at #19 on the waiting list and is beginning conversations
with John D'Agostino to consider application for more program funding
a Recently received a call 58 year-old woman with squirrel -related holes in her
roof. The scope of the problem may be too small for this program to assist — Gale
will check to see if another program can help
a JM — Suggested that CDO call a Home Inspector to see if they have contacts for
deleading.
a The CDO is considering working with the Sun Chronicle to write an article on the
program— waiting till cases have finished.
Guideline Review and Approval
The committee reviewed the draft program guidelines and agreed unanimously to adopt
the guidelines as submitted.
Meeting Schedule
Committee agreed to postpone scheduling of next meeting until the CDO determined the
need for HRPAC involvement on upcoming client cases.
Meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
