Meeting began at 4:05 p.m.
Meeting Minutes
Committee reviewed the minutes of the March 25, 2003 meeting and unanimously
approved the minutes as written, to be posted with Town Clerk.
Program Update
Bev gave an update, on the status of the program. It was noted that the historic 2 -family
will not be ready to go out to bid until some time in June, since the owner is applying for
a variance to make the property a legal 2 -family.
Discussion of Case #53
The 14"AC voted to approve emergency assistance for lead paint removal for Case #53.
Jack Vultaggio made the motion and Doug Annino seconded. The vote was unanimous.
Discussion of Case 915
The HRPAC agreed that the CDO should proceed with obtaining the engineering
necessary for a new septic, since this can be done without a waiver, it was the consensus
of the group that the owners should be obligated for a 25% share of the cost of the
engineering. Depending upon the septic bids, the HRPAC will reconvene to discuss any
waivers that may be necessary to get this work done.
