Present: Jess Aptowitz-Board of Selectmen & Chairman of the Audit Committee, James
Ragazzo and John Stanbrook- Finance Director
There was no quorum: no meeting occurred however, Chairman Aptowitz and member
James Ragazzo presented the Basic Financial Statement and the Single Audit for Fiscal
Year 2014 to the Board of Selectman at its regularly scheduled meeting.
