Bruno Concessions MOTION : To approve Consent Agenda HealevlWall 4:0 PASSED 3. Communications Nursing Reports for January, February and March 4. Health Agent's Report a. NEFFA: The festival went very well and they will be returning next year. Scott told the Board by requiring the vendors to be certified, the bad vendors were eliminated. He would like to change the licensing structure for next year and have each vendor pay a $25.00 fee per day. b. Household Hazardous Waste Day: Scott told the Board the day was a success. They closed 15 minutes early because of the high volume. Because of the large amount of latex paint brought to theTweeter Center this year, Scott feels it will be cheaper for the town to have homeowners dispose of latex paint by purchasing the hardening agent from the hardware store. It can then be disposed of in the regular trash instead of bringing it to the Household Hazardous Waste Day. c. Share Septic Systems: Mark Szela has scheduled 3 perc tests for May 24th for Saddle Ridge Road. Scott would like to ban the use of share septic systems in Mansfield. When there is a full quorum, the Board will hold a discussion of the share systems. A public hearing will then be held to change the regulations to eliminate the ability to use shared systems. d. 1338-1340 East Street: The area has been cleaned up nicely. A perc test was done May 2nd. e. Ruth Tweedy: She has filled out her application for elderly housing. Her house will be condemned, putting her at the top of the list for emergency housing. Ruth is presently living at the house. f. Scott will send out a resignation letter for Board member Linda Sivieri. 5. Old Business 6.
