5. Health Agent's Report
a. A.G.A. Corporation, Installers License.
Agent received a letter from Aldo Ruscito stating he will rectify the problems associated with the
suspension of his Installers License and requested a r~inspection of the systems in question.
Agent stated, based on Mr. Ruscito's written response to the violation, Mr. Ruscito does not fully
understand Title V or the reason for the suspension of his license.
b. Tweeter Center
Agent informed the Board members that although the Selectmen had agreed to pursue the issue of
lowering the sound by SdB, Tweeter Center's license was renewed with no change in regard to
sound. Chairman Madan will re-iterate the Board's concem with the Selectmen.
f c. Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Invitations to bid were sent January 22, 2002. Final bids due February 20, 2002 for HHW Clinic to
be held either April 6th or 13th, 2002 at the Tweeter Center.
d. Geographic Information System (GIS)
Moving forward with the Grant money theTown received.
e. Health Agent on Vacation February 22 to March 10, 2002
6. New Business
a. Next Meeting - reschedule or cancel
Due to the Health Agent being on vacation March 7th, the Board agreed to r~schedule the March
meeting to March 14th.
7. Workshop: Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Presented by the Health Agent and attended by Chairman, Michelle Madan, David Jones, Christine
West, and Ronald Greene. All attendees stated the workshop was well presented and very informative.
Handouts from the workshop are attached.
