Hearing: 47 Brown Ave Engineer David Oberland asked the Board for variances to install septic system at above listed address. Site currently has cesspool. Variance requested for: Tide 5: 310 CMR 15.211 - Minimum Setback Distances: Reduce the foundationlleaching area setback from 20' to 11'. Reduce the property linelleaching area setback from 10' to 5'. Reduce the property line/septic tank setback from 10' to 5'. Title: 310 CMR 15.212{b) - Depth to Groundwater: Reduce the separation from the seasonal high ground water table from 5' to 4'. r MOTION: To approve variance as listed CochranelWall 3:0 PASSED 4. Communications a. HealthCare Options bill for services 5. Health Agenfs Report a. Public Health Nurse, Chris Delano, leaving HealthCare Options. The Board will be assigned a new nurse soon. b. 12 Bella Vista: Went to housing court, residence is complying with order. Will follow up in threa weaks. c. Emergency Dispensing Plan is almost done and ready for PDH. c. Pool inspection season 1. lifeguards are not present at most pools, however signs are up indicating so. 6. Old Business 7. New Business a. Tobacco Control Program: Grants are once again available however, The Town of Mansfield does not qualify on ifs own or with the amount of tobacco retailers that were once in the three- town coalition.
