3. Communications
4. 7:15pm Suspension Hearing: Sunoco tobacco sales to minors
Board discussed violations and ways to train employees to properly check ID's. Abstained from vote until
January meeting.
5. Health Agent's Report
a. 12 Bella Vista: Case is still proceeding in Fall River Housing Court.
"..... b. 43 Brown Ave: Septic system has finally been upgraded and inspected.
c. Emergency Preparedness: Plan calls for Board members and staff work and home contact information
to be listed. Will collect data next meeting.
d. Flu Vaccines: 2 clinics were held and minimal doses were left over for future need.
6. Old Business
a. Tobacco license suspension hearing: 4 Comers Citgo Station.
r 7 New Business
a. Conduct compliance checks on Citgo and Sunoco before January meeting.
