Visitors: -At 6:10pm, Joe Sollecito, Mark Cook and Desmond Doyle came to discuss the options of putting in lights at Plymouth Street fields. Desmond Doyle brought in three plans of putting in lights at Plymouth Street. Mark Cook suggested they plan ahead and consider the future needs there and do all preliminary construction now for future phases. Joe Sollecito suggested companies Mr. Doyle should reach out to get quotes for the work. He said that companies should be able to draw up a design free of charge and make sure the quote is itemized for the whole job. Mr. Sollecito stated that Mansfield Electric could possible help in mounting the poles and fixtures, but the wiring would need to be done by a contractor. Mark Cook suggested that MYS touch base with Town Manager, Kevin Dumas, and let him know about the project. It would be Mr. Dumas' decision whether it should be a town project or let MYS take on the project. Mark Cook also stated that the plans would have to be submitted to the planning board too. -At 630pm, Patrick Kenefick updated the Commission on his work with the Community Calendar sponsorship project.
