1. Minutes. Review and approval of minutes from the last meeting.

2. Fales Park. Update on closeout of Fales Park project, sprinklers in, hydro
seed completed, bench's, finalized/ closed out (Lee)
S. Signage. Status of parking signs, directional signs etc- (Lee, Nancy and Beth)
4. Bike Path and Parking. Feedback of meetings on bike path and parking
extension behind Jimmy's, timetable and estimates for work as well as timelines
(Lee and Rick)
5. Parking and Green Space Map. Document showing all parking downtown
and all green space downtown so that group can get an idea of parking vs green -
space, needs, business needs etc. (Lee and Rick)
6. Bi -laws on Restaurant Uses and Parking. Discussion of rule regarding
restaurants having to have off street parking
7. Curb Markings. Painting of curbs yellow in town (outstanding from summer)
many areas are faded or not properly marked on turn in's and no parking areas.

8. Cultural Commission. Update on Cultural District Planning process.
