In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 7:30
p.m. on the application of Daniel and Tiffany Pope for a Special Permit from Section
230-3.10(2)(a) to allow the change, extension or alteration of the pre-existing, non-
conforming structure or use at 347 Pratt Street (Map 25, Parcel 44) in the Residential 2

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 7:45
p.m. on the application of Crugnale Properties, LLC for a Variance from Zoning By -Law
Section 230-4.4, Off -Street Parking and Loading, to allow for seven (7) parking spaces
where ten (10) are required at 11 North Main Street (Assessor's Map 27, Parcel 93) in the
