Request for Bids
The Town of Mansfield invites sealed bids from interested contractors for "RFB#
DPW [IN 17-12A Sup,1 and Delive of Bulk Ma nesium H droxide FY 17
with optional years" in Norton, Massachusetts, in accordance with the
specifications and documents. The Town of Mansfield will receive sealed bids for the
MFN at the DPW Office until 10:00AM on June 02, 2017 at which time they shall be
opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and on the outside be
clearly marked with the date and description of the bid. Bids received after the hour
p
named will not be considered.
The Project consists of: Supply and Delivery of Bulk Magnesium Hydroxide
throughout the year as needed by the MFN Wastewater District.

The Town of Mansfield and MFN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids,
or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of
the Town or MFN. Bidders are reminded that the Town Officials other than those
listed above neither individually not collectively are to be contacted, nor will they
discuss any bids prior to the scheduled opening. Prior questions or concerns about
the bid should be presented to Michael Ahern.
