Secretary's report. The secretary's report for January was reviewed and approve

Librarians' reports. The librarians' reports were reviewed and highlights discussed.
OLD BUSINESS
FY2019 Budget. The director has sent the Town Manager data supporting the library's
requested 'increases in next year's budget.
NEW BUSINESS
Director's evaluation. At 8:45 a.m. the board moved to executive session to commence
work on evaluating the director's performance over the past year. Catherine rejoined the meeting at
10:30 at which time the board briefly discussed its progress in preparing a written review and
thoughts about library goals for the coming year.
Next meeting. March 3, 2018. Catherine will invite Kevin Dumas to next month's
meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m
