1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Dana St. James
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Sign weekly Motor Vehicle Abatements, Excise Warrants for 2007, 2008 & 2009 as
requested by the Tax Collector, Excise Warrants for 2018 Commitment #1 and 2017
Commitment #7.
4. Meeting with Jacqueline Boudreau, Treasurer/Collector to address the Board to request
that we re -assess Map 41/Lot 94 and Map 36/Lot 46 to Owner Unknown to assist in the
tax taking process. Board reviewed the file and legal opinions that supported the taking,
Board signed.
5. ATB Settlement request from Michael Benak, regarding 5 & 15 Hampshire Street.
6. FY2018 Applications for Abatement:

7. Next meeting scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
