Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws
and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room 2A/B,
Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA, regarding the application of Crugnale
Properties, LLC for a Special Permit under Sections 5.5, Special Permit and 3.7.3, Adaptive
Reuse of Historic Structures, of the Mansfield Zoning By -Law, for the reuse of the former
Methodist Church building as a five -unit residential development on an approximately 6,858
square foot parcel in the Business 2 (132) Zone at 11 North Main Street (Map 27, Parcel 193).
The project site is owned by Crugnale Properties, LLC is shown on Assessor's Plat 27, Lot 193
and is bounded as follows: North Main Street, Lynch Realty, LLC, Fairfield Park
Condominiums, Robert F. Sibilia.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts
General Laws and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board
will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 7:45 p.m. in the Planning
Board's meeting room, Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA, regarding
the application of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 104
Building Corp., for a Special Permit under Zoning By -Law Section 230-5.5, Special
Permit and Section 230-5.8, Reservoir District, for the construction of a 10,512 square
foot office, meeting hall and training facility within a proposed new building on an
approximately 98,008+/- square foot parcel at 900 South Main Street in the Reservoir
District (RD).
The project site is owned by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local
104 Building Corp., is shown on Assessor's Plat 16, Parcel 14 and is bounded as follows:
South Main Street, 888 Main St. LLC, Norton Reservoir, Peach, Gill, Camara.
