ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.
on the application of Edmund Westhaver, Allen Trust, for a Variance from Zoning By -
Law Section 230, 4.2A, Frontage and Lot Width, for the creation of two lots with less
than the required lot frontage and lot width, with the lots having frontage on Franklin
Street (Map 38, Parcels 19 & 28) in the Residential 1 (RI) zone. This legal
