1. Review of project invoices and contractor payment requisitions.
2. Architect's construction update report. Discussion of outstanding submittals, RFI's,
proposed change orders -credit logs. OPM report of project overall and two week look -
ahead schedules, summary of work completed to date.
3. Discussion of Project Schedule with General Contractor, review of key milestone dates
and overall progress of project.
4. Review of budget allocation of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for DPW &
Public Safety Facility buildings per department.
5. Review and approval of previous meeting minutes.
6. Old/New business.
