ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.
on the application of Viewpoint Sign and Awning on behalf of Cabot Corporate Center,
LLC for a Variance from Section 230-4.7 B(1), Freestanding Signs, of the Zoning By -
Law to allow for two (2) freestanding signs larger than allowed where the maximum
allowed is one (1) 15 -square foot sign. The proposal is to replace two existing signs,
using the existing foundations, with one 26 -square foot sign facing Chauncy Street and
one 26 -square foot sign facing Forbes Boulevard at 89 Forbes Boulevard (Assessor's
Map 44, Parcel 220) in the Planned Business District (PBD). This legal advertisement is
