1. Review of project invoices and contractor payment requisitions.
2. OPM, Architect & General Contractor site and construction update report. Discussion of
outstanding submittals, RFI's, proposed change orders -credit logs. Discussion of project
overall and two week look -ahead schedules.
3. Discussion of March 1, 2017 Memorandum from DPW Director concerning comments of
February 2, 2017 MBC meeting.
4. Review, discussion and budget allocation of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for
DPW & Public Safety Facility buildings per department.
5. Review and approval of previous meeting minutes.
6. Old/New business.
