ments budoet should not exceed 3% -SX over last year's budget. Last year's budoet
was $205,000. It was discussed to raise and appropriate $200,000 for FY1991-92c
which would not include a transfer, or amounts going on water and sewer rates.
Bob Swanson - Discussed Town Hall improvements. The front windows are rotting,
another door is needed in the Selectmen's meeting room, and an architect and public
bidding process needs to be established.
Barbara Hagg - Discussion of fire station roof.
Bill Williams - Take 320,000 out of the %56,000 for the Fire Department roof.
The cost to lease/purchase a communications system is approximately $18,000 per year
for a five year lease. Both resurfacing and the trench box requests aro out in
short draft.

system.

an out right purchase of the system.

The cost of the fire alarm system is closer to $70,000 - 375,000 rather than the
$60,000 in the 'budget,
The original request submitted for the fire alarm system was 381,400 but was reduces
to 360,000. The architect does not think the system will come in at $60,000. Per-
