Motion: To appoint Dr. Torman as Chairman
(Dolan-DeMassi) All in favor. PASSSES
Motion: To appoint Mr. Dolan Co -Chair
(Torman-DeMassi) All in favor. PASSES
The committee decided it future meetings would be on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. The next
meeting will be March 24, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. The committee will hear the department
requests on the following tentative schedule:
March 24: Airport
Treasurer's
MIS/GIS
Town Clerk
March 31: Public Buildings
Wastewater
Recreation
April 7: Engineering
Fire
April 14: Highway
Schools
[April 21 is school vacation week]
April 28: Prioritize/Wrap Up Meeting
May 3: Town Meeting
Motion: To ask the Town Manager to coordinate the schedule of department heads and
make schedule changes as needed within the frame work set by the committee

Motion: To adjourn at 7:15 p.m. (Dolan-DeMassi) All in favor. PASSES
