1. Call To Order Board of Selectmen Meeting — Pledge Of Allegiance
2. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 166 Section 22 the Board of
Selectmen will hold a public hearing for the purpose of discussion and consideration of the
petition of Verizon, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 166 Section 22, for
the relocation of poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary anchors, guys
and other such sustaining and protecting fixtures, to be owned and used in common by your
petitioners, along and across the public way or ways as requested in petition of said
Companies and shown on the enclosed plan entitled "Petition for Verizon job #4AOD2TJ
East Street" dated December 6, 2016 prepared by Verizon New England Inc.

All items on the Consent Agenda may be adopted with a single motion. Any member of
the Board of Selectmen may request that an item be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda
for separate consideration in which case that item will be voted on separately from the
remainder of the Consent Agenda. All licenses have been routed through Town Hall
Departments and any conditions have been noted below.

Electric Department and IBEW Local 104 (Professional Unit), As An Open Meeting
May Have A Detrimental Effect On The Bargaining Position Of The Town, and the
Chair so declares
