Communications Center for the Towns of Mansfield, Foxborough, Norton and Easton.

4. Discussion of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the Towns of Mansfield,
Foxborough, Norton and Easton creating the Regional Emergency Communications Center.
5. Possible action on the Intergovernmental Agreement creating the Regional Emergency
Communications Center between the Towns of Mansfield, Foxborough, Norton and Easton.
