Present: J. White, V. Forte, S. Quinn R. Dotson, J. Brunelli, J. Pierce
Visitors: Joanne Begley -School Comm.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
Steve Quinn read corespondence fron S.E. Regional relative to Mansfields
share for FY 85. Our share of the budget is downl4,282 from FY 84. It
should be noted that our enrollment in the school is also down from FY84.
Ther was brief discussion in regard to other meeting going on in the town
during the past few weeks.
The remainder of the meeting was spent reviewing and making recommendations
on the line items in the Municipal budget. Most of the items covered were
agreed upon by a consensus of the committee.
1.Selectmens Expense: dec. to 2900.00
2.Town Mgr Expense: accepted
3.No stand was taken on the salaries divided between the general gon't and
the sewer and water enterprise acct's.
4.Town acct'ant Expense: accepted
5.Town Clerk Expense:accepted
There was no support for additional manpower in the Town Clerks Dept.
Consensus was unanimous on this issue.

School Roof Repair.
A motion was made to withdraw the original motion of January 30, 1984
Motion made by R. Dotson,second by J. Brunelli. Vote: Unanimous
Motion to support the exemption for the purpose of bonding the high
school roof repair over a. 5 year period at approx. 525,000 i,�7ith the belief
that all reimbu,rsments by the state should be applied towards reducing
the bond by future 'towra nesting Grote,
