Markt Each member of the FinCom received a copy of the town managers WORK PROGRAM and BUDGET MERSSAGE for FY -86 The evening was spent listening to Town Manager Chad Maurer giving an overview of each departments budget proposals as outlined in the work program. There were no votes taken during the evening. Additional discussion centered on projected revenue for the FY -86. A schedule was formulated by which the FinCom would would meet with Dept. heads on the municipal side in the weeks ahead. The scheduled Town Meeting on 2/2/85 was briefly discussed. A motion was made by R. Dotson and second by J. Brunelli for adjournment at 9:25 p.m. The vote was unanimous.
