It was also suggested by S. Quinn th

account) to tax rate.

Selectmen and Fin. Com. in favor. Authorization
(only) to pay out of present school funds (back
pay). Meet town meeting authorization.
Articles 10, 11 and 12 -
Not money articles.
Article 13 -
Minimum manning (5) selectman - unanimously oppose
(ursurpation of manager rights).

The Chairman (E. M,McQuaid) noted that if no
information in by Saturday (11/16) morning we will
have to take a position on the information available.

Not money articles. Fin. Com. no position.
D.P.N. Settlement
This will be a special town meeting within a town
meeting. According to selectmen, the contract is
settled. Approximate money need $88,000 (corrected
to $80,000) concerning prior F yr to June 8, '86.
Fin. Com. -
Town is obligated to meet contractual agreements
when it has the means necessary.
