Called to Order by Chairman Ed McQuaid 7:30 PM
4 Present
Purpose - To consider transfers from reserve fund.
Transfer - #3 AAARC $3,000 Attleboro Area Assoc. of Retarded
Children. Previously tabled for lack of paper work and
review by selectmen - all in order. Steve Quinn motion
to pay second K. Sullivan.
Discussion - must pay it 50% reimbursable to General
Fund - 4-0 in favor.
#5 Electrical inspectors fee's $659.75.
Motion to pay Bob Whitney
Second S. Quinn.
Discussion - Noted because of building increase the
appropriations are showing up sooner.
4-0 in favor.
#6 Asst. Building inspectors fee's $14.5. Motion to pay
K. Sullivan.
Second Bob Whitney.
Discussion - just a note that perhaps we should be
recommending an increase in the budget.
4-0 in favor.
Miscellaneous - Chairman Ed McQuaid noted that the 5 year planning
committee was up and running and that Mel Schwartz was
representing the finance committee. In addition, Ed
appointed Bob Whitney and himself to review the school
committee budget. John Pierce and Kevin Sullivan were
appointed to the Capitol Improvements Committee.
