Lorilee Fish, Parks & Recreation Director

MOTION: To accept the minutes of November 16, 1989 as amended.

MOTION: To accept the minutes of November 13, 1989 as amended.

NEW CLERK:
MOTION: To vote Dick Nelson as clerk
(Johnson, Reeves); all in favor
CORRESPONDENCE:
VOTED
1. To chairman, from Board of Selectmen; re: November 14 - schedule a meeting
for December 4 at 8:30 P.M. welcome to attend. Jackson cannot attend, but
Nelson will attend for him.
2. Letter to a family who has not paid for summer camp and Holiday Craft
Classes asking for payment
AGENDA (Reviewed by Fish)
QUESTIONNAIRE: Vasquez to give copy to Botti and other members to see how they
feel about it. Reeves against approach of the questionnaire.
MIDGET FOOTBALL: Bill sent to them for a total of $270.26. A check has not
been received.
MANSFIELD YOUTH SOCCER: Fish to meet with Andy Gazzolo after the meeting with
the selectmen on December 4, 1989
PROGRAMS:
December 3 - Tree Lighting Ceremony - Volunteers to serve coffee, Reeves & wife
volunteered. Volunteers are all set.

BUDGET PERSONNEL: Fish distributes the budget personnel to the commission for
the perusal
